Smartworld Residences by ELIE SAAB brings the Haute Couture house into residential architecture for the first time in India. The collaboration runs deeper than a name on a facade: proportion, material and detail are drawn from the atelier's own vocabulary and carried through the building.
What results is a residence read the way a couture piece is read — from the line of the elevation down to the finish of a door handle. Every element is deliberate, and nothing is decorative for its own sake.

The Maison
ELIE SAAB
Founded in Lebanon in 1982, ELIE SAAB has grown from a Beirut atelier into an internationally recognised Haute Couture and lifestyle house, dressing red carpets and royal houses alike.
The house today operates boutiques across Paris, London, Milan, Dubai and Beirut, and has extended its language beyond couture into fragrance, eyewear, interiors and now branded residences.

The building
An architectural marvel
Sculpted balcony lines wrap the tower in a continuous curve, so the elevation reads as one gesture rather than stacked floors. Inside, the arrival sequence opens through a colonnade and a cascading water wall before the lobby proper.

ELIE SAAB Maison is the house's furniture collection, developed with Italian designer Carlo Colombo. It carries the couture vocabulary into the home: organic forms, harmonious proportion, and a material palette of premium fabrics, textures and finishes executed with Italian craftsmanship.
The collection spans living and dining, bedrooms, offices and outdoor spaces, extending to kitchens, wardrobes, rugs and home décor — so a residence can be finished end to end in one language.
Residents have the privilege of working alongside the ELIE SAAB Maison team to configure and personalise their interiors.
